At the time of check-out you will be asked to choose your pickup window. This time is what we use to plan our day. There is no guarantee that your plate will be completed before the pickup time noted on your confirmation email. However, we can accommodate a late pick up. If you need to adjust your pickukp time please contact the pickup location directly.
We encourage you to choose a pickup time at least 1-2 hours prior to the time you plan to enjoy your tray so that the items can come to room temperature for maximum enjoyment.
