Each tray offers a different experience.  We encourage you to peruse our selection of offerings on our tray page.  Typically we include 5 cheeses with varied milk types, styles and regions.  Due to the nature of artisan cheese we do not list specific products because we want to make sure our products are the freshest possible and that may require daily changes.
