Yes. We regularly host specific pairing events where we provide beverages and guide you through the tasting profiles. Please visit our calendar.
For events that are not specifically a beer and wine pairing event we still offer the following:
Hyde Park Tasting Room
- Please visit the cheese shop prior to class and request a bottle of wine to pair with the evenings class. Generally, we recommend two bottles so that you can vary your tasting experience during the class. As long as you retain the cork, any unfinished bottles can be transported home in the trunk of your car.
South Lamar Tasting Room
- We offer a couple of different options for beverage pairings at our South Lamar Tasting Room. All options are available throughout the event.
- Flights - the best way to experience class with a combination of at least 3 different wines.
- By the Glass - we offer House wines by the glass
- By the Bottle - We will have a curated selection of bottles available for purchase. As long as you retain the cork, any unfinished bottles can be transported home in the trunk of your car.
